Specific Media Named Customer Service Leader by UK Agencies

Online advertising network tops IPA Digital Media Owners Image Survey for third consecutive study

London, UK – 4 November 2009 – Specific Media, the pioneering online advertising specialist, has been recognised for its customer service in the latest IPA Digital Media Owners Image Survey. Within the survey the company was identified as having the best overall customer service for the third study running when it came out top in the section 'my overall experience of dealing with this supplier is a good one'.

In the survey of digital planners, strategists and buyers in media agencies, more than 80 per cent of respondents claimed their experience working with Specific Media was a good one – a response 20 per cent higher than any other company. Specific Media led the rankings in 10 out of 14 categories, including how well the sales team understands objectives set and demonstrates knowledge of the product, as well as coming top in the regularity and ease of contact with the sales team.

The survey has been designed to highlight the levels of service that media owners provide and outline where improvements can be made, with the aim of helping the growth of digital advertising, providing a collective voice for the industry and raising the standard of digital in general.
