Specific Media Appoints Drew Bordages Senior Vice President, General Counsel
London – March 30, 2011 – Specific Media, Europe’s largest independent digital media platform, today announced that Drew Bordages has joined the company as its senior vice president, general counsel.
Bordages comes to Specific Media from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he served as corporate counsel to a variety of public and private companies, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, securities offerings and general corporate advice. In his new capacity at Specific Media, Bordages is responsible for managing the company’s global legal affairs, and leads Specific Media’s data protection and privacy efforts.
